Dollar falls to lower 103 yen level in Tokyo The U.S. dollar declined to the lower103 yen level Wednesday in Tokyo At 5 p.m., the dollar traded at 103.31-33 yen, against Tuesday's 5 p.m. quotes of 103.63-73 yen in New York and 103.80-82 yen in Tokyo. It moved between 103.13 yen and 103.69 yen during the day, changing hands most frequently at 103.20 yen. The euro changed hands at 1.5642-5644 dollars and 161.60-64 yen, compared with 1.5641-5651 dollars and 162.25-35 yen in New York and 1.5594-5598 dollars and 161.88-92 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday.
